China-Based Sales Manager

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales of company products and brand promotion and publicity;

2.Responsible for the development and relationship maintenance of regional engineering projects, exploring new projects, organizing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving market share and sales goals in the region;

3. Establish smooth communication channels with customers, lead business negotiations and transactions with customers, and create long-term, good, and stable regional customer relationships;

Responsible for collecting market information and analyzing competitors;

5- Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable for corresponding regional landing projects.

6. Recruitment locations: Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Fujian, Yunnan, Wuhan, Chongqing

Job requirements

1. Business model: Possessing rich direct sales experience in the past

2- Customer group: Sales experience in engineering projects such as five-star hotels, real estate, luxury homes, etc

3. Strong sensitivity to establishing customer relationships, able to find and establish valuable customer relationships, and keen market perception;

4. Good teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and extremely strong problem-solving ability;

5- Strong work initiative, quick thinking, strong innovation ability, good teamwork spirit and pressure resistance;
