Service Engineer

Job responsibilities

[Pre sale]

1. Responsible for technical coordination before the lighting project contract, assisting sales representatives in preparing and submitting lighting fixture samples for review;

[On sale]

2. Technical briefing: Technical briefing before product installation, providing on-site installation workers with guidance on installation and debugging;

3- Relationship maintenance: familiarity with the project site environment, personnel and processes of all parties involved in the project site;

4- Contract execution; Responsible for supplying contract orders, coordinating on-site faults, and receiving payments;

[After sales]

Responsible for after-sales service in the later stage of the project and continuous follow-up after the operation of the lighting project;

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields;

2. Require proficiency in using CAD software;

3. More than one year of project engineering related work experience is preferred;

4. Has good organizational and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance, communication and written expression abilities, agile thinking, rigorous and serious;

5. Can adapt to business trips.
