Engineering Service Manager

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction and operation of the engineering service system;

2. Responsible for controlling the overall progress of engineering projects and regularly reporting the progress of each project;

3- Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction with project services and continuous improvement;

4. Guide and supervise the daily work of the Engineering Service Department, recruit and cultivate on-site engineering service personnel;

5. Recruitment locations: Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, electronic and optical majors are preferred;

2. Proficient in using CAD for drawing inventory and quantity improvement

3. More than 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred, familiar with the installation and construction of lighting fixtures on project sites; Familiar with the usage scenarios and precautions of lighting fixtures; Familiar with project service processes and able to build service systems;;

4. Strong system building ability, project management ability, and team communication ability;

5. Can adapt to business trips.
