Job responsibilities
1. Based on business development, gain a deep understanding of the department's recruitment needs and independently carry out recruitment work;
2. Proficient in using various tools and channels, executing talent search and search plans, selecting and evaluating candidate matching, inviting suitable candidates, and following up on salary and onboarding processes;
Responsible for maintaining recruitment channels, as well as maintaining and promoting the employer's brand;
Quantify recruitment process data, identify recruitment issues and solve them in real time;
Responsible for researching the development trend and talent characteristics of the target industry;
6. Optimization of recruitment module process and related work.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to human resources related majors. Professional restrictions may be lifted if there is experience in human resources related fields;
2. More than 3 years of recruitment experience, strong brand awareness and business thinking, strong execution ability, love for communication and learning;
3. Passionate about recruitment work, results oriented.
